St. Mary Parish Appraisals offer two types of services.
A complete Appraisal provides a homeowner a suggested range of value for his/her property in order to sell or purchase, estate purposes, or other personal purposes. ($285).
A HIMS (Home Information Measurement) Report provides the square footage of your property, a sketch of your property, and other pertinent information. ($100)
